What is the theme of the picnic? Is it only for enjoying water pools, or for some educational projects that are also available in nearby locations? Organizers must know exactly why they have chosen a particular spot. Is it a place of historical importance? Is it a World Heritage Site? Is it a centre of learning? Or is it just a place for swimming pools?
